Twist of lemon zest in the glass |

Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. Fill a shaker with ice and add 2 dashes of Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitter, 0,25 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice, 0,25 shot sugar syrup, 0,25 shot Bols Blue Curacao and 1,75 shot Bols Genever. Close the shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Dispose of the ice from the chilled martini glass; spray the inside of the glass with Absinth and pour off any excess. Double strain: pour the contents of the shaker through a Hawthorn strainer and a fine strain, into the pre-chilled glass. |
