Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. Muddle 8 raspberries in a shaker. Add 0,25 shot sugar syrup, 0,5 shot Bols Parfait Amour and 1,75 shot Bols Genever and top up with ice. Close the shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Dispose of the ice from the pre-chilled martini glass. Double strain: pour the contents of the shaker through a Hawthorn strainer and a fine strain, into the pre-chilled glass. |
