Fill a martini glass with ice to chill. Fill a shaker with ice and add 0,5 bar spoon Bols Green Tea, 1 bar spoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, 0,25 shot Bols Apricot Brandy, 0,25 shot sugar syrup and 1,5 shot Bols Corenwyn. Stir: slowly stir the ingredients and ice in the shaker with a bar spoon. Dispose of the ice from the pre-chilled martini glass. Strain: pour the drink into the pre-chilled glass through a Hawthorn strainer. |
